We were requested to design a utility vehicle that could be used around a car park jet washing cars. We spent the next few weeks developing a cargo box to fit onto the back of a buggy or a trailer unit.

The unit can hold 500 litres of water, it has a water level indicator, a fast fill system as well as a conventional connector for a hose pipe, an overflow pipe, a 10m retractable hose, heavy duty jet wash gun and hose and a Honda generator with pump. The flow rate can be controlled by the operator and the unit has shelving for chemicals, rags or other equipment as desired by the operator.

This cargo box can be made as a trailer unit for an existing buggy or other vehicle.

This vehicle has been demonstrated for use in multiple environments. It has puncture proof tyres which are ideal for quarry sites, wood yards and transport environments. It has been shown to be effective in keeping dust down at quarry sites, pressure washing tyres before a lorry leaves site for the public highway, cleaning vehicles and house windows for  housing estates by a quarry, watering plants at a site to far from water mains, minor fire emergency vehicle (has been used with only water so far) there will be many more applications for this vehicle depending on the environment in which it is to be used.
