This policy explains what personal information My Golf Buggy collects, why we collect it, how long we keep it and the rights you have over it. We keep it short and only collect what we need to run the business.
mygolfbuggy.com is run by Medlifestyle Ltd, trading as My Golf Buggy (“we”, “us”). We are the “controller” of the personal information described here.
When you contact us we receive your name, email address and anything you choose to tell us, such as the vehicle you're interested in. We use this to reply, give you a quote and arrange sales, servicing or delivery.
Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
If you buy from us or we work on your vehicle, we keep your name, company, contact details, address, the vehicle and the work carried out, and invoice details.
Lawful basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations (for example keeping accounting and tax records).
If you join our mailing list we keep your email address and, if you give it, your name. We send occasional news, offers and new arrivals. For business customers and golf clubs we may also email you about similar products and services we think are relevant.
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also reply asking to be removed. Once you unsubscribe we keep your address on a short “do not email” list so you aren't added again by mistake.
Our emails contain links that tell us which links are clicked, so we can see which news is useful. We don't use this to build a profile of you.
Lawful basis: your consent when you sign up, or our legitimate interest in keeping business customers informed (you can object at any time).
After we've worked with you we may email you asking for a review. If you leave one, we keep your review, star rating, name and (if you give it) your club or company. Reviews are only shown on our website once we've approved them, using the name and organisation you entered.

We count page views and taps on our phone, email and WhatsApp buttons so we know which pages are useful. This is done without cookies and without storing your IP address. Each visitor gets an anonymous code that changes every day, so we can count visitors but can't identify you or follow you from one day to the next.

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We don't use any advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so we don't need to ask for your consent and you won't see a cookie banner here.
